This standard defines what services are required within DATEX centers, namely a mechanism to determine what messages and data cneter supports.

A draft is not yet available for public download.

June 2002 -- Work on defining administrative messages (IP-DATEX) has been delayed to enable available resources to focus on the CORBA base object models for ATMS. Work continues on assisting other groups working on C2C message sets, dialogues and related attributes for the various domains.

May 2005 -- the NTCIP Center to Center Working Group decided to withdraw the work on this proposed standard because of the lack of available software development environment tools for DATEX.
